How do I advance / grow my business as a Financial Adviser?

I didn’t finish college. Can I apply?
Having a college degree is preferred, but not necessary.
Is there a specific college course I should take in order to become a financial adviser?
You don’t need to enroll in a specific college course in order to become a financial adviser. A finance background might help, but it is not necessary.
What are the basic internet / software / gadget requirements?
To assist you in this business, you need a laptop and/or a tablet and a smartphone.
Can I do everything online?
The current technology and systems in place can enable you to do everything online. Working from home is encouraged, especially during this pandemic.
How much do I have to pay in order to become a Financial Adviser?
From time to time, our partner company has a CODE NOW, PAY LATER initiative, which defers payment of your licensing fees until you have started insuring lives. With the CODE NOW, PAY LATER initiative, you don’t need to pay anything to start your business with us. Here is a breakdown of initial costs that you would be paying in the absence of this initiative:
- Three-year licensing fee = PHP 1,530/license = PHP 3060 for 2 licenses (Traditional and Variable)
- Basic Training Course = PHP 500
- Exam fee = PHP 1,010/license = PHP 2,020 for 2 licenses
- TOTAL (for 2 licenses) = PHP 5,580
Is the qualifying exam difficult?
Don’t worry! There will be review classes and reviewers that will equip you with the knowledge you need to ace the qualifying exams.
